Bridging Horizons: Expanding My Real Estate Footprint from the Northwoods to Northern Illinois

 

Life, much like real estate, is all about location, growth, and finding the right connections. If you’ve been following my journey, you know how deeply rooted I am in our beautiful Lake Superior communities. Helping clients navigate the unique market here has been incredibly rewarding.

But growth rarely happens by staying in one comfort zone. Today, I am thrilled to publicly share a major new chapter in both my personal life and my real estate career—one that bridges the beautiful shores of Wisconsin with the vibrant markets of Northern Illinois.

A New Place to Call Home

Recently, I took a big personal leap and purchased a home in Northern Illinois AKA Chicagoland! My plan is to split my time, enjoying the best of both worlds by spending my summers soaking in the Bay area while establishing a strong footprint for my growing boys in Illinois during the rest of the year.

Naturally, planting new roots meant it was time to grow my business roots, too. I recently wrapped up my Illinois Real Estate coursework and will be officially obtaining my Illinois broker's license soon.

Expanding into a new state is exciting but doing it right means ensuring my clients get the absolute best representation possible. To make the most of this transition, I am partnering with a larger, established firm for my Illinois transactions; while maintaining a strong relationship with my gals at Broad Street so they can provide physical support when needed.
